We Maintain Quality by measuring service standards inline with KLOEs and Service user experience, feedback mechanism and a responsive leadership approach to maintaining high quality standards that’s inclusive, safe, divers, and promote best interest. 

Performance 

Performance management - We maintain sustainable performance level through collective intervention that meet social care, fundamental and constitutional standards. The service has a strong, passionate and experienced teams to lead by example, implement the highest standards of quality and safety, audit and maintain standards that enhanced service user experience and maintain safety.


Assessment 

We conduct joint assessment that is inclusive of the Service user, their legal representatives and other MDTs. During our assessment our services users choice, preferences, dignity, ability, history and “Best Interest” with an holistic approach are all considered

Volunteers

We Continuously increase our volunteering workforce Capacity through robust recruitment process that match skills, increase performance, experience, safety, empathy and job satisfaction. 

Training 

We Prioritise investment in training and development, and strengthening the capability of our workforce by Developing and maintaining a training matrix that delivers safety, quality and improve wellbeing.

Culture 

We promote a Culture of strong equality and diversity throughout our service. 

Independence

We Continuously work with stakeholders and MDTs such as O.T, NUTRITION SPECIALIST, G.Ps, HOSPITAL, CHC and other local services and providers to increase service users experience and sustainable outcomes that leads to independence. 

Crises Management

We conduct Joint Robust crises management plan that’s appropriately meet service users demands in an holistic manner whilst observing best interest and continuous changing needs.
