Safe
We currently provide service to service users who are lonely and isolated to reintegrate in their local community and engage in meaningful preferred activities.
All staff receive an induction and safeguarding training specific to their area of work and ensure effective handover of event and care of every service user and their environment at all times, and also be aware of all contact details including emergency contact details.
We conduct a robust risk assessment to reduce: fire safety, suicide, ligature risk, preventing violence, aggression, and sexual safety and encourage staff and service users to make complaint/whistle-blowing, report incidents, abuse/safeguarding concerns without fear, intimidation or reprimanded, and the manager acts upon such complaint promptly and in a timely manner.
At All 4 Mind CIC we ensure continuous high level of staffing that are appropriate to the role and meet the needs of the service user and their environment.
